I do not know anywhere that can repair the module. The one from a salvage yard is a good idea.
Try bleeding the master cylinder after it has been installed, the same way you bleed lines. Just crack the lines a smidge. And I mean a tiny smidge.
Brakes will not bleed and stay up. Can't get the brakes to pump up have replaced calipers master cyclinder booster.
Make sure bleeder fittings are on the top side of the front caliper, have seen them insatlled wrong left to right before and cause this problem.
Popping/bumping on left front when applying brakes
You may have rust buildup on the teeth that the speed sensor measures. Pull off the axle, and check the toothed gear that resided in the spindle.

The only way to repair your ABS issue is to have someone with a ABS computer system code scanner. Scan your system for fault codes, and the codes will lead you to a problem. For the most part ABS components are very expensive, why guess at it when you can be precise...
